GENERAL INFORMATION
No payment = No order.
All prices advertised are in
Singapore Dollars and at
fixed price. Unless otherwise stated.
All items sold are
exchangeable but not refundable. * Please refer to 'Exchanges' section below.
You are advised to save your item photo just in case.
Do note that
unless you are using our
Cash on Delivery service,
FULL payment has to be made within
2 days upon order(s) confirmed.
If we have not receive any payment from the buyer after the above stated time frame, order(s) made earlier
WILL NOT be taken into account.
We provide
Cash on Delivery service through

Cash on Delivery service, upon meeting up, buyer would have to pay in

*Please be aware that meet up cancellation/changes should be done at least
1 day in advance.
The people from PollyHaus reserve the right
NOT to wait any longer than
15 minutes from the stated time of meet-up.
All items are subject to availability. Full refunds will be made if item you ordered is out of stock.
In order to ensure timely delivery of your package, please proceed on with the ordering only after you have confirmed your order. No backing out once order is placed.
Dead buyers would be blacklisted! Hence, please be 100% sure that you want our crafts before placing your orders. You would do us a HUGE favour, and also all other sincere buyers!
Do leave a valid email/contact no. when making order(s) so that we can contact you!

PollyHaus accepts payment through funds transfer either via ATM or iBanking to the following Bank Account.

Note that the above account details will be let known to you either via Email or Phone only when your order is confirmed.
We do not encourage concealed cash payment via snail mail so as to avoid any misunderstandings or risks for which PollyHaus would not be responsible for.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
We provide
Worldwide shipping.
PollyHaus™ Gifts and Lifestyle is a business based in Singapore. Hence, all our local/international deliveries are made via SingPost, a third-party postal service based in Singapore.
The
local shipping charges are as follow (unless otherwise stated):
Normal mail - S$1 to S$3
Registered mail - S$3 to S$6
For
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
We ship overseas as well and accept PayPal payments for such cases. Please
email us for more details.
* All shipping charges, you will be advised through Email/ Phone upon successful orders.
Balance of the postage paid, if any, will be fully refunded.
Combined shipping is welcomed and charges will be advised accordingly.
We take pride in wrapping our darlings well, as such we would not be held responsible for any lost normal mail, or damaged mail! However, should you find any problem with our packaging, do not hesitate to let us know via email so we can improve and serve you better!
Please allow us a grace period of 3 to 9 days from the day of order made to confirm, authorize and process before receiving your order(s).
EXCHANGES
The people from PollyHaus want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase, and give its customers 7 days from receipt to exchange your item. If you are not totally happy with your purchase, and wish to exchange your unused PollyHaus merchandise you must first request a Return Authorization number (RA).
No exchanges will be accepted without an RA number on the invoice and on the return box.
REQUESTING AN RA (Return Authorization:
You can request an RA by emailing to

All our merchandise
must be returned unused and in re-sellable conditions with the tags attached, and the original invoice within 7 days of receipt.
When sending us your items, we advise you to use an insured carrier. This will enable you to track your package more easily.
Please note that PollyHaus will not be held responsible for packages that are lost, damaged and/or stolen in the mail.
If you wish to make an exchange with us, please follow these easy steps:
1. Make a copy of the original invoice.
2. Write the RA number on the invoice and on the front of the box/mailer and indicate on the invoice what merchandise you would like in exchange.
3. Pack and seal your return, including the invoice securely. NOTE: Packages must be returned pre-paid. PollyHaus will not accept COD deliveries.
We reserve the right not to allow an exchange should we find the item not deem appropriate for resale.
